Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy

Important: All payments made to AI Screening (a unit of Deori RecruiterHub Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd) are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our digital SaaS service, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription payments. Once a payment is processed and your subscription is activated, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
• No refund will be provided for the remaining days of your subscription
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiration, after which it may be deleted

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your account at https://www.ai-screening.cc
• Navigate to your Profile Settings
• Click on "Manage Subscription"
• Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription

4. Free Trial

We offer a free tier with limited features so you can evaluate our service before subscribing. We encourage you to:

• Thoroughly test the platform using the free tier before purchasing
• Review all features and limitations of each plan
• Contact us with any questions before subscribing

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle:

• Monthly subscriptions renew every month on the same date
• Annual subscriptions renew every year on the same date
• You will receive a reminder email before automatic renewal
• To avoid being charged, cancel before the renewal date

6. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails:

• We will attempt to process the payment multiple times
• You will be notified via email about the failed payment
• Access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed
• You can update your payment method in account settings

7. Refunds Issued Only For

Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same order.

8. Refund Request Process

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Please contact us within 48 hours of the incident. Each case will be reviewed individually, and resolution is at our sole discretion.
